With daily status reports of the Coronavirus occupying today’s headlines, we are acutely aware of concerns, especially about convening together where large numbers of people are gathered. But just as it is with the service the USPS provides its customers, the safety of all attendees, exhibitors and staff is Priority #1.
The 2020 NPF will be taking place as planned from April 26-29. We are continuing to monitor the Covid-19 situation and any potential implications, in conjunction with the U.S. Postal Service, who is following guidance from the CDC and local and state public health authorities.
The NPF is an event that excites us all in the Mailing and Shipping industry, especially in light of the valuable connections we can make, and the learning that takes place that has benefitted our businesses in so many ways.
If you haven’t already, we encourage you to register for the Forum at NPF.org. Should there be any changes, all registrants will be immediately informed. NPF will be waiving cancellation fees on your attendee registration fee or transfer your registration to next year in Nashville – May 2 – 5. The Orlando World Center Marriott accepts cancellations up to 72 hours of arrival.
We will continue to do our diligence in providing you with all updates and changes that may occur in the upcoming weeks.
In the meantime, we urge you to take the simple precautionary health measures as outlined at www.CDC.gov.
With the can-do spirit that has been the hallmark of this country’s history, our mailing and shipping industry, and that of the USPS in delivering its services, we are confident that together, we can overcome any obstacle and come out even stronger.
Wishing you well, and looking forward to seeing you all at the 2020 NPF.
